ALLISON PERLROTH

Allison Perlroth MS, LAT, ATC, CPT

Allison grew up in Maryland. She got her bachelor’s degree in athletic training in 2020. She got her masters degree in exercise science and injury prevention and rehabilitation in 2021. She grew up swimming on a swim team, playing the trumpet in marching band, and running half marathons with her family. She works as an athletic trainer at Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa North Carolina. As an athletic trainer she aids athletes before injury in a preventative manner, during rehab, and post injury. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, reading fantasy books, bodybuilding, and going on hikes around Asheville!

I have been an athlete my entire life starting with soccer at a very young age and finding a love for weightlifting in high school as well as being an avid runner. I decided early on in my 20s that I wanted fitness to be an even bigger part of my life, by becoming a certified coach.

Becoming a bodybuilder after I’ve had my two children has been so fulfilling and helping others find the joy in competing is also something I thrive in.

Earning my IFBB pro card in 2022 has allowed me to experience the bodybuilding world in more depth and understanding, and I now apply this to my coaching.

With over 10 years of experience as a coach, I have worked with clients from all walks of life to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist, I incorporate these practices into my coaching to help clients execute their training with precision, improve their well-being, and understand their body’s need nutritionally. Whether you are looking to improve your diet, increase your fitness, compete in bodybuilding, or simply live a more balanced life, I can help you get there.
