I am personally very dedicated to fitness, nutrition and overall health. This is something that I have been very passionate about my entire life, not just for myself but for others too! I have a strong background in physical fitness and nutrition with over 10 years of experience as a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, where I have helped people improve their mobility, function, and ultimately their overall quality of life. I have worked with a wide variety of clients of various ages (from newborns all the way to 100+ yrs old) and of various abilities (from patients in the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital to collegiate athletes). With this experience I feel that I am able to meet my clients wherever they are in their health journey, taking into consideration all aspects of life that impact overall health, and considering each person as a unique individual that deserves a custom program designed specifically for them to achieve their goals! I truly love helping people and making a positive impact in someone else’s life. I would love to help YOU transform into your happiest, healthiest self!

I have been an athlete my entire life starting with soccer at a very young age and finding a love for weightlifting in high school as well as being an avid runner. I decided early on in my 20s that I wanted fitness to be an even bigger part of my life, by becoming a certified coach.

Becoming a bodybuilder after I’ve had my two children has been so fulfilling and helping others find the joy in competing is also something I thrive in.

Earning my IFBB pro card in 2022 has allowed me to experience the bodybuilding world in more depth and understanding, and I now apply this to my coaching.

With over 10 years of experience as a coach, I have worked with clients from all walks of life to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist, I incorporate these practices into my coaching to help clients execute their training with precision, improve their well-being, and understand their body’s need nutritionally. Whether you are looking to improve your diet, increase your fitness, compete in bodybuilding, or simply live a more balanced life, I can help you get there.

Raised on functional holistic principles in nutrition and medicine. Experienced in overcoming binge eating challenges and skilled in macro counting, always striving for personal growth.
